Marshmallow Coast is an independent-pop-rock band associated with the Elephant Six Collective. Front-man Andy Gonzales recorded MC albums with both Julian Koster (Neutral Milk Hotel) and Kevin Barnes (of Montreal). Their Misra efforts – Antistar and Ride the Lightning – are pivotal components of the band’s career.
